About FUCheese
Also known as Cheese-fu! We are a group of friends learning about making cheese at home. It is possible! There’s a core group of dedicated cheesemakers and a few people who pop in here and there to see what it’s all about. We are located in the Pacific Northwest, at the top of the Willamette Valley, in Portland, Oregon.
