“Get the Cheese!!!”
This is one of the most insane, hilarious, painful things I have seen in a long time. Apparently this is a real event held on the incredibly steep Copper’s Hill in Gloucestershire, England. It’s like Jackass meets… uh, cheese!

Isn’t that absolutely insane? They did something similar last year at Whistler in BC — not sure if they are going to do it in ’09 or not.

I saw this on the TV a long time ago, either on the foodNetwork or Travel Channel. They had the host of the show sign up and participate in the event. That seems truly insane. I think some level of familiarity with the ritual would help you from breaking a leg or something.
